It involves spearheading IAM program implementation and operation. This opportunity requires a seasoned professional well-versed in diverse corporate IT domains, capable of providing a visionary perspective within the broader Identity Access & Management program. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and integration of a next-gen Identity Fabric. Develop technical solutions aligned with business requirements, adhering to standards and best practices. Contribute as an SME for system development and maintenance activities. Collaborate with business and technical counterparts to identify opportunities, assess costs, and outline benefits. Shape a multi-year IAM strategy and roadmap. Present IAM strategy to senior leadership. Collaborate in PoCs for technology evaluation. Advise Senior Management on strategic technical direction. Ensure compliance with company standards throughout the SDLC. Liaise with various teams to optimize IAM program efficiency. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of access management or provisioning experience. Minimum 7 years of directly related IT experience. Experience in on-prem and cloud IAM initiatives across diverse impact teams. Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, JavaScript), RESTful services (JSON), Java, C#, Python. Familiarity with Okta, SAML2, SSO, OAuth. Experience in secure IAM solutions within Healthcare Provider sector preferred. Preferred Experience: Advanced knowledge in IAM Access Management leveraging products like Delinea/Centrify, Okta, Radiant Logic, Active Roles. Advanced understanding of software engineering concepts. Capacity to lead and influence matrix-based teams. Profound grasp of IAM capabilities in Directory Services, Identity Governance, Federated SSO, Privileged Access Management. Proficiency in human and machine identity lifecycle management. In-depth understanding of security standards enforcement. High-energy, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
