Owns the change management process. Responsible for leading a multi-year SAP 4/HANA ERP program management project and overseeing the change management activities related to organizational changes, process improvements, and system implementations. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring successful adoption and transition for stakeholders impacted by change initiatives. The Change Management Manager develops change strategies, plans, communication materials, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to facilitate a smooth transition and minimize resistance. The primary focus of this role serves as the adoption and ISD Change Management, leading Business users & ISD, driving business digital transformation & technological changes, maximizing acceptance, and increase user adoption. This person will identify the current and future state capabilities/uses, understand the behavioral changes and education needed to complete the transition, and lead the develop and execution of the communication plan for driving adoption amongst employees. Essential Job Functions 1. Lead client Next Stage SAP 4/HANA project enterprise Change Management end-to-end ERP program with PwC and Client. Experience desired (SAP Finance, Supply Chain, ISD) and other web applications B2B, B2C, CRM, Warranty, and Analytics (BI). 2. Lead and assists in the areas of development and execution of Change management plans and activities with PwC and Client. Conducts change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments. Supports the communication, training and development efforts related to SAP 4/HANA project changes. Provides guidance to end users and supports them during the transition phase. 3. Lead and assist the implementation YMUS YNS Strategy Training Plan and Development of new process improvements and advancements in the IT Program Management Office: Collaborates, advises and Leads the IT Program Management team Guides the PMO team to keep projects on track and in scope Partner with PwC and Client team and the business functional teams on project demand and schedules. Provide management reporting & analytics services for the IT Leadership Team 4. Perform a pivotal role in helping to facilitate change by developing, improving, and implementing management processes, templates, tools, and training that will positively impact performance effectiveness in the organization. 5. Collaborate with and persuade across, multiple areas with ISD leaders (Applications, Infrastructure, Cyber Security), and Business Unit stakeholders about the benefits of leveraging clients enterprise data, platforms, tools, learnings, to benefit the entire organization. 6. Perform a leadership role in connecting and coordinating major strategy projects as they relate to change management, ensure consistency of change management execution, and monitor change metrics. 7. Be a Center of Excellence for efficient change management, performance gaps analysis and implementation. This role will support SAP 4/HANA business workstreams (QTC, RTR, PTP, ITD, GTS) and non-SAP systems for sustainability of future changes. 8. Cultivate excellent professional relationships with technology colleagues across Client ISD Organization & Business Stakeholders to keep a pulse on planned changes to the employee experience. 9. Lead and coach the Clients team ISD/Business stakeholders in coordination with the PWC team responsible for supporting the execution of change management. Minimum Qualifications (List minimum experience, education, and/or certifications required to perform the role first, followed by preferred qualifications): 10. Performs other duties as required: Help develop and implement a process for ensuring the transfer of standardized practices to ensure continuous change improvement. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or 10+ years equivalent work experience; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in IT and business/industry. Minimum of 10+ years, work experience in large, cross-functional teams influencing Senior management and key stakeholders effectively across the organization. 10+ years of hands-on experience in internal change management role (in IT and/or business/industry). Certifications preferred in Prosci or another Change Management acumen, Certifications preferred include Project Management Professional (PMP). Competencies/ Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated success in providing change management & project management leadership, oversight, and guidance to meet corporate policies, practices, and standards. The ability to concurrently manage multiple, complex projects and prioritize workloads while working independently within a cross-functional team. Must be able to staff, manage, and coach project teams which may come from direct reports, internal staff resources, line management or outside sources. Must have strong interpersonal and communicational skills, effectively work with senior management teams, and have general business/financial savvy. Full project/program lifecycle experience required SDLC (Waterfall, Agile/Iterative). Cross-functional knowledge of IT technologies applied across modern applications, infrastructure, cyber security, and management. Proven ability to engage & collaborate with all IT groups including management, applications, infrastructure, cyber security, executive leadership, and business groups/departments. Ability to develop relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization, exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills, and design, implement, and lead change management plans to achieve the enterprise business and application strategy. Demonstrated working with Global projects & diverse cultures, perspectives, and attitudes Proven experience in change management, preferably in large-scale organizational transformations or system implementations. Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present change messages to various stakeholders.
