As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications with a focus on leveraging Performance Analytics to drive insights and optimize processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to enhancing our ServiceNow platform and significantly impact our organization's operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Application Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and system administrators, to gather requirements and design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications tailored to meet business needs. Performance Analytics Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of Performance Analytics modules within the ServiceNow platform. Design and create performance scorecards, dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Customization and Scripting: Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, and other scripting languages to extend platform functionality and deliver innovative solutions. Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts to optimize processes. Integration: Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and Performance Analytics configurations. Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades as needed. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations, configurations, and processes. Create user guides and training materials to assist end users in understanding platform features and functionalities. Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow and Performance Analytics developments and best practices. Recommend enhancements and improvements to existing processes and solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure solutions align with business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on Performance Analytics implementation. Strong expertise in designing and developing ServiceNow applications, including customizations, scripting, and integrations. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics, including the ability to design and configure scorecards, dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow development. Experience with REST and SOAP integrations in the context of ServiceNow. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a strong plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
