Job Description - Sr. eCommerce Support Analyst Boston, MA area-Hybrid No /CPT 6-month contract Required Skills: Must have strong understanding and experience with ecommerce platforms (examples include HCL Web Commerce v9 +, Magento 2, Shopify, Salesforce Cloud, Big Commerce and Hybris Must have strong understanding and experience with POS platforms Unix experience including UNIX, SOLARIS AIX, LINUX Unix scripting (Perl and Bash) Proven experience working with cloud-hosted solutions, preferably in an ecommerce environment. Exposure to a coding languages such as Java & PHP Experience with databases such as SQL Understanding of MySQL and/or SQL querying Exposure to frontend troubleshooting e.g. JS and CSS Exposure to some automation tools like Jenkins, terraform or Kubernetes Exposure to Git or Docker Understanding and practical experience of ITIL or Agile Service Management best practice frameworks Thanks and Regards.
