Role: Automation Engineer Location: NYC, NY Duration: 12+ Months Must have skills: Responsibilities: Min 10 years of work experience Prior experience testing ADA compliant/Accessible tools. Must have hands-on experience designing and executing functional, GUI, and API tests. Must have strong understanding of QA methodologies, building testing strategies, and apply best practices. Good knowledge of testing REST and SOAP APIs, understanding of API testing best practices, and experience using tools such as Postman or Insomnia. Knowledge in interpreting XML schema definitions, understanding Swagger, JSON formats. Knowledge of SQL scripting to fetch data for manual and automation validation. Experience with anyone programming experience - Java, C# or other language Hands-on Experience with web automation using selenium web driver, TESTNG, JUNIT. Experience with API automation using Rest Assured or any other API automation tool. Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage overall deliverables from QA.
