TPF Systems Programmer Buzzword s relating to z/TPF. They may be found in other CVs, in different contexts, but will be of interest to me when found in proximity to TPF. zTPF, or z/TPF. control program PUT upgrades operating system upgrades Usermods (user modifications) database expansions database reorganizations initial system builds (SIP-system initialization program) FCTB or face table RIAT global updates (globals are a particular shared memory resource within TPF/zTPF) VFA (virtual file access) Job Description This role performs installs, moves, adds, changes, problem determination, maintenance, and repairs for the zTPF operating system, zTPF/DF, and related ISV vendor products. 24x7 pager support is required. Weekend and evening/night hours are also required to support scheduled change implementations.
