Windows and Linux administration experience. Proficiency in bash, and PowerShell. Ability to work in a team environment in Pharmaceutical. Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills. Awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques. Preferred Familiar with 21CFR Part 11 Electronic Records; Electronic Signatures ISA/IEC-62443 GAMP 5 OT Network Administrator Responsibilities: Maintain and support network and related computing environments including software, hardware, and configurations (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VLAN, and VPN) from various vendors. Day-to-day management of OT Network switches, routers, and firewalls. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving network-related issues. Familiarity with Rockwell Automation Hardware and Software. Configuration and management of network switches using Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). Update Network Diagrams using Microsoft Visio. Documentation of network using Netbox. Evaluate Network assets for obsolescent equipment for planned replacement. Evaluate spare parts inventory and determine what is needed on-hand (hot site Parts available immediately), at a distributor (warm-site parts available in 24-48 hours), and at a vendor (cold-site parts available in 3-5 days) Review all Software licenses to ensure coverage of all systems. Perform a User Access Period Review ensuring all users are active and current. Review all Procedures and Preventative Maintenance Tasks to determine appropriate coverage of network assets. Capacity analysis and planning of Network Infrastructure for upcoming and future projects. Configuration and management of Windows and Linux server operating systems. Familiarity with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor and Configuration Manager. Configuration, monitoring, and responding to Claroty Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) notifications. Participating in the change management process. Author, review and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions. Author and review User Requirements, Functional Design, Detailed Design, Commissioning, Installation and Operational Qualification Documents.
