Must have 6-7 years of USA experience. Job Description: We are seeking a Certified Scrum Master with a strong background in leading IT solution development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business optimization and automation projects within the Corporate Accounting department as a part of the Finance Business Optimization & Technology Solutions (BOTS) team. Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate Agile delivery methodologies, focusing on process improvement and robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to identify and implement optimization solutions. Guide a small Scrum team in delivering high-quality results through effective project management and Agile practices. Drive the implementation of process improvement recommendations, ensuring efficient and effective business operations. Oversee the development of technical solutions and coordinate activities related to their implementation. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging continuous improvement and learning. Required Skills and Qualifications: Certified Scrum Master with proven experience in leading IT solution development projects. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and practices, with a focus on Agile delivery and Scrum frameworks. Strong understanding of process optimization and automation concepts. Experience in coordinating activities between technical teams (developers) and business stakeholders. Awareness of technical solution development processes and activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and communication within cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address challenges and roadblocks effectively. Strong organizational skills to manage project timelines, tasks, and priorities.
