Position: Ivanti Admin Location: Frederick, MD (Onsite) Duration : 12+ months with extension Technical Skills: Having experience of around 5-6 years in Ivanti ITSM. Expertise in managing and troubleshooting issues with the Ivanti ITSM application and modules. Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, Ivanti Neurons Digital Assistant ITSM, Expertise in Ivanti Asset Management. ITIL Foundation is a must. Experience in integration of Ivanti ITSM with other tools and third-party applications like BMC Remedy, Client SM etc. Should have a good understanding of Ivanti architecture and its components. Good understanding of Common Data Model of Ivanti CMDB. Good communication & presentation skills, business analysis skills, self-initiated, quick learner. Role and Responsibilities : Create and maintain an agile, streamlined, scalable, and optimized USMT Ivanti system components, and perform integration and support, and operational services with high availability and service delivery goals. Subject matter expertise in Ivanti applications and custom applications. Create, maintain, and enhance Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals, single sign-on (SSO) capability, and Active Directory Profile synchronization. Create, maintain, and enhance team Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports. Overhaul, maintain and enhance Change Management, as well as current connections between Ivanti and other systems. Create, maintain, and enhance future connections between Ivanti and other systems. Maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles. Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ivanti and its applications. Coordinate application and platform upgrades. Configure User Accounts, Groups, and Roles. Create custom Roles where necessary. Evaluate and configure systems for better performance.
