Job Title Java Architect with Kafka

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite from Day 1)

Java Architect to build end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in US

. The ideal candidate must possess excellent background on Java and Kafka technologies

. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team Requirements

Java Development with Kafka experience should be adept at creating the Java based custom Kafka Producers and Consumers.

Core Java, Spring, Microservices, Kafka, Kafka Connect, Kafka streams

Experience in working Apache Kafka based applications and understand the patterns involved.

Kafka Configuration and Cluster deployment is good to have. Any experience involving in Kafka migration projects is desirable.

Expert-level knowledge of Core Java, spring, hibernate.

Multi-threading, thread pool management, file management and design pattern implementations in Core Java.

Good to have experience in Java script, Angular/react.

Experience in HTML 5, CSS 3, JSP, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Junit.

Technical design as per requirements and architecture. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs, subroutines, and scripts.

Quick learning ability and a passion to perform, contribute, learn and grow.

Good Communication Skill. Exposure to Agile practices, SCRUM methodology and tools like JIRA, confluence will be added advantage'

. Responsibilities

Translate functional designs into technical designs Perform impact analysis to determine all the portions of the application which will need updating to implement the proposed changes

Develop and unit test code in accordance with the defined technical designs

Create unit test plans which detail test conditions and expected results

Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance

Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

Write well designed, testable, efficient code

Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications

Prepare and produce releases of software components

Test code changes and resolve differences between expected and actual results

Verify team deliverables Assist with troubleshooting technical problems and issues

Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

Manage knowledge transfer of the application to prime contractor and state staff

Developing components that present a clear data flow of monetary exchanges between various users/roles within the system.

Enhance the design and architecture of the application to align with our customers vision for displaying data in a dashboard for various application roles.

Refactor and/or redesign application components to be re-usable across the system. Utilize new and cutting edge React ecosystem libraries to better enhance the maintenance and usability of the application.

Ensure security within our application is locked, manage users and their roles appropriately following industry best practices.
