Please send me your candidates updated Resume to [email protected] Position : Sr. Tableau Solutions Architect Location : Trenton, NJ ( Hybrid) Experience : 15+ Webcam interview only Short Description: Sr. Tableau Solutions Architect will be working with business and technical groups to design, develop, and implement Tableau solutions from inception to implementation. Full Description: Note: Position is Hybrid. Wed/Friday in office Working hours for this position are 8:00 - 4:30 or 8:30 - 5:00 Note: Excellent written and oral communication skills are needed. Looking for a contractor who has experience working with upper management and end users to understand data visualization needs and propose and build solutions in Tableau. The Tableau Specialist - under the direct supervision of a Court Executive of the Data Division - Trial Court Services or other designated TCS representative will be required to collaborate and provide technical expertise to TCS and assigned unit. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating and designing dashboards and reports in Tableau with different data sources AWS, DB2, SQL, etc. Candidate should have experience in training and mentoring staff on using Tableau. Qualifications and Skills : - Experience and in-depth knowledge of business intelligence tools and architectures (strong Tableau experience) - Extensive experience interpreting functional needs - Extensive experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions with users and documenting requirements. - Business intelligence design of complex systems projects. - Extensive experience with Tableau design and development. - Ability to understand and analyze data to find patterns and provide valuable business insights. - Design dashboards and reports in Tableau with different data sources AWS, DB2, SQL, etc. - Strong semantic design (like Universe, Tableau Data Source, QVD) and data modeling skills. - Experience with data warehousing tools and techniques (DataStage, ETL/Informatica/Tableau Prep etc.) - Understanding of the Data warehouse life cycle right from data source to ETL to transformations to multidimensional models like data marts, star schema and Reporting. - Strong consulting, leading and mentoring skills Skills are to include: 15+ Overall years of professional experience in building BI and reporting solutions 15+ years of experience and in-depth Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and architectures 5+ years experience with Tableau design and development 5+ years of experience in the BI design of complex systems projects The ideal candidate can : Interact with Business users and understand their requirements from a data analytics, visualization and UI/UX perspective. Collaborate with Business Intelligence/Analytics data analysts regarding business and data requirements, and iteratively designs visualizations for initial concepts and prototypes that can be presented to customers for feedback and later productionized Perform detailed data analysis (i.e., determine the structure, content, and quality of the data through examination of source systems and data samples) Build prototypes for demonstration and illustration purposes for peer groups, business partners, or senior leaders. Understand and analyze the data to find patterns and valuable business insights Deliver dashboards to Business team in a timely manner Work hand-in-hand with developers that design and build data models and ETL processes Act as a mentor and Tableau SME for other Tableau users across the enterprise 4-year College degree or equivalent technical study Required Working hours for this position are 8:00 -4:30 or 8:30 - 5:00 with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch.
