Job description : Design, develop, test and deploy new changes into production Collaborate with internal architecture and Microsoft product teams on platform related updates Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment Interact with product and business stakeholders on requirements Provide technical guidance to address production support and incidents Work with offshore teams for ongoing development and support Deep experience using Dynamic 365 and power platforms to create elegant and streamlined apps to support our customers and homeowner apps. Utilizing Azure DevOps for CI/CD and backlog/progress checking. Configuring and utilizing date stores such as SQL/SharePoint/Lists Providing support to help automate the work queue management. Ensure that the Dynamics Omnichannel is supporting the chat functions for our customer service team Configuring and deploying Power BI solutions.
