Must have 6-7 years of USA experience. In search of a Program Manager. Serving in a supporting capacity, the Program Manager contractor's primary responsibility centers around helping develop a methodology and implement a tracking board for ad-hoc requests. The program manager will also compile information and examples from the three teams (Personalized Insights, AI/Client CoE, and Client-Operations) and create new wiki pages/websites for the entire group. An additional role for this program manager would be to assist with presentation materials and communicating program status and deliverables. The program manager can also assist in working to consolidate Insights/AI team boards and designing how to track KPIs for analytics outputs and deliverables. This role will also support the Technical Program Manager in Insights Process Tracking.
