| Role: Network Engineer Location: Germantown, MD ( ON Site) Duration: Long Term Interview: Video Job Description: 10 years of experience Requires a BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering 8+ years of relevant experience Willing to be part of the on-call rotation and able to work off hours when required. Professional level of hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper switches and routers, Fortinet Firewall, and F5 load balancers Requires a thorough knowledge of networking essentials. Experience with scripting and automation of network tasks using Ansible, and Python. Experience with Cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, Azure Good knowledge of data communication concepts and technologies is required. Good customer service and communication skills (written and oral) are required. Good interpersonal skills is required. Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies. Must have the ability to effectively multi-task. Hands-on experience with networking and security devices is required Certifications like CCNP or JNCIP are preferable. Knowledge of Cisco ACI/APIC is a plus. Knowledge of VMware products is a plus.
