Act as Vault Subject Matter Expert in recommending enhancements in technical function/business utility. Experience working closely with Business Partners in solving issues and communicating resolutions. Expert on life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements Knowledge of support processes like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and experience working in support teams. Must be familiar with project metrics reporting and dashboards and should possess experience in leading and managing projects. Knowledge of Clinical Trial processes across pharmaceuticals/biotechnology 7+ years of relevant experience with Veeva Vault RIM Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to customers.
