Position Overview:

The Program Manager for Staff Augmentation Projects plays a vital role in overseeing and managing the successful delivery of multiple staff augmentation engagements for the organization. This role involves coordinating
the deployment of external resources to meet project demands, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships with clients and contractors. The Program Manager must possess strong project management, communication, and team leadership skills
to effectively manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables for each staff augmentation engagement.

Resource Management: Oversee the process of identifying, recruiting, and onboarding external resources (contractors, consultants, temporary staff) to meet project needs.

Staffing Coordination: Work closely with the staffing team to match the right candidates with the appropriate projects based on skill sets, experience, and project requirements.

Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring the successful integration of external resources into their projects.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the staff augmentation teams, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and addressing any performance or interpersonal issues.

Project Monitoring: Track and monitor the progress of staff augmentation projects, ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.

Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations for external resources, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement or additional training.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in staff augmentation projects, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.

Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts with clients and contractors, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that external resources meet the required quality standards and deliver value to the client's projects.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular project status reports, performance metrics, and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the staff augmentation program.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, human resources, or a related discipline. A master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

Proven experience in program or project management, with a focus on overseeing staff augmentation or workforce management projects.

Excellent understanding of staff augmentation models, including recruitment, talent acquisition, and contractor management.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams of external resources to achieve project success.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges and ensure successful outcomes.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience in contract management, including negotiation and compliance.

Familiarity with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to staff augmentation.
