Lead the QA team across geographies, manage and track activities. Client/Stakeholder management Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of applications built on the Genesys CX Cloud platform on below areas. Omni channel solution & Automation Process Conversational AI - Quality Management Agent Performance Workforce Management Digital Deflection Customer Journey & Intent Prediction Speech Analytics Cognitive Services Voice & Chatbot Survey Tools & Knowledge Management Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, working closely with developers to resolve them in a timely manner. Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to validate system behavior and performance under various conditions. Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team. Participate in design and architecture discussions to provide input on testability and quality considerations. Collaborate with the customer support team to reproduce and validate reported issues, ensuring prompt resolution. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of testing environments that closely mimic production setups. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance and Genesys CX Cloud technology. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Minimum10 years of experience in software quality assurance with focus on testing cloud-based Contact Center Applications. Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc. Strong experience with Genesys CX Cloud platform, AppFoundry & 3rd party integration, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect lifecycle. Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Genesys & AI certifications is a plus.
