Infrastructure Reporting: Data collection: Collecting relevant data from various sources Data analysis: Analyzing and collected data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that may impact infrastructure performance or availability Report generation: Creating reports based on analyzed data, which provide insights into infrastructure performance and utilization Dashboard creation: Developing dashboards and visualization to help stakeholders understand complex data in a simple and easy-to-understand format. Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of infrastructure reporting procedures. Communication: Communicating with various stakeholders, such as infrastructure teams, senior managements in IT/Risk/Business Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitoring the reporting process and identifying opportunities for improvement to ensure that the reporting process is as effective and efficient as possible. Audit/Risk Assessment Support: Communicating with auditors to answer questions and provide clarification Reviewing audit findings and providing feedback to management Participating in meetings with auditors and management to discuss audit results Assisting with the preparation of documentation with Infrastructure teams to reduce audit issues Assisting to conduct IT risk assessments and documenting potential gaps Collaborating with Infrastructure teams to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of existing IT controls and making recommendations for improvements Working with Infrastructure teams to develop and implement risk mitigation controls Qualifications: Must be Certificate Holder of CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) Bachelors Degree in Information System Minimum 5 years of experiences in IT Risk or IT Audit Excellent writing and verbal skills in English Past experience managing operations in any component of IT infrastructures (PC, server, network, storages, etc.) Thanks & Regards, Ankit Upadhyay IT Recruiter Office: +1 ( 703) 570-8775 (Ext-217) Email- [email protected] Keywords: information technology |
