Role: .Net Solutions Architect Location: 100% REMOTE - within the 6 states listed (6 states are MI, OH, IN, KY, IL, and WI). Duration: 5+ month contract Start Date: Start ASAP Rate $65/hr C2C - MAX The ideal candidate for this role has 12+ years of relevant work experience. Typically part of the solution development team, the solution architect is responsible for translating the requirements created by functional analysts into the architecture for that solution and describing it through the set of architecture and design artifacts. MUST HAVE: The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative in scoping out work for their development team. The candidate is organized, able to present/communicate in front of larger groups, and able to collaborate with other teams. Those artifacts are then used by the rest of the development team to implement the solution. The process of defining architecture by the solution architect often involves the selection of the most appropriate technology for the problem being solved. The candidate should feel comfortable with defining and planning work for development teams. The candidate should feel comfortable using Azure DevOps or a similar tool (like Jira) to create work items for the development team. The candidate should have SAFe experience or relevant Agile experience and feel comfortable leading backlog refinement sessions and demoing the work completed by the development team to a larger audience. The candidate should have an Azure/.NET background. They will need to understand on-prem applications. Function apps/logic apps experience is preferred.
