And must have 2-3 years LEAD Experience. Requirements Ability to work remote or onsite as needed. Five (5) years in USA in Business Analysis experience; at Least two of those years need to be in a Senior or Lead Business Analyst Role Two (2) engagements lasting more than six (6) months each in a Business Analyst Role Two (2) years of experience leading requirements gathering sessions Two (2) years of experience directly interacting with Project Sponsors, Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts and Development Team Members. One (1) year of experience using remote team collaboration tools such as: Microsoft Teams, Skype, SharePoint, etc. Preferred Requirements Lead of a project work stream or Business Analyst team on a project lasting more than six months Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) Being assigned to multiple projects concurrently Project experience with systems that leverage data from multiple sources across an organization Experience gathering requirements and configuration needs of a COTS system implementation Experience with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience with different project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) Bachelors degree in Information Services Business Analyst Certification (IIBA certification or equivalent) Keywords: Minnesota |
