Description: Job Summary:

IAM Technology consulting advisor with deep level expertise in web security,
cloud access management, software development, knowledge of access governance,
identity management, federation, cloud services and IAM solutions.

In addition to having strong technical skills, you must be comfortable in
effectively communicating with business end users, technical IT teams, business
partners, network providers, and business process outsourced vendors, all while
being sensitive to a wide diversity of cultural and technical backgrounds in a
global business environment.

Experience:

12+ years of experience in IAM roadmap definition, technical consulting, client
problem solving, architecting, and designing solutions. Working experience in
the areas listed below

5+ years of hands-on technical experience enterprise-wide with Azure Identity
and Access management services and additionally experience in building solution
architecture and product solution roadmap for SailPoint, Saviynt IGA, SSO, MFA,
PAM/PIM, and third party IAM solution integration with AD and SaaS platforms)
in implementation and transformation projects.

Master level expertise in SailPoint IIQ 8.x toolset. Especially, experience
in integrating SailPoint IIQ with ServiceNow, CyberArk and Okta is must to
have.

Expert level experience with IAM Protocols such as SCIM, Web services,
WS-Fed, SAML, OpenID Connect and OAuth

Platform & technical experience implementing Saviynt focused security
solutions for modelling enterprise and cloud access models

Job Functions:

As a SailPoint IAM Architect, you will be at the front lines with our clients
supporting them with their Enterprise and Cloud Cyber Risk needs specifically
helping them address IAM health and navigate the journey a common SailPoint/IGA
solution for their business with ServiceNow as a frontend. Prior experience in
some relevant position, preferably as a IAM solution architect to define
process, design and implementation strategy for onboarding enterprise
applications onto IAM platform.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience is required.

8-10+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) architecture and
deployment experience required.

10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise
architecture/technology leadership across multiple products, systems and/or
platforms coupled with strong business acumen.

Proven experience architecting initial infrastructure, on-boarding of
applications, role-based access controls, policy and password management,
certifications, workflows, work items and rules.

Deep knowledge and hands on technical experience with SailPoint suite
including: Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Access Request, Automated
Provisioning Password Management.

Lead system integrations for both internal facing and external facing
systems/applications with SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Work with Application Teams to identify, aggregate and correlate Application/System
User Accounts to Identity Cubes within SailPoint

Development and configuration experience of SailPoint various modules (e.g.
audit, compliance, lifecycle, service account)

Design, Develop, Test and Troubleshoot Custom System/Application Connectors
within SailPoint IdentityIQ

Ensure Audit and other requested information is provided within a timely
manner.

Drive global standardization and adoption efforts across the organization.

Product expertise in IIQ, CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Active Directory,
Relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL/DB2), Java, Bean, REST API
and webservices.

Understanding of RBAC, Identity Policies, Identity Lifecycle automation and
reporting, Password Policies, Separation of duties, User Provisioning and approval
workflows in SailPoint IIQ.

Ability to make source code level changes and has worked in a large
multinational organization providing hands-on technical architecture services
with J2EE development, Database, Java, Bean /JavaScript, JSP/Servlets,
SQL.

Experience with Rest Web services, SAML 2.0, Sailpoint IdentityIQ, OAuth,
WS-Security, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and other
authentication/authorization protocols.

Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients
and partners.

Ability to develop and direct a short- and long-term technology roadmap.

Designing Identity & Access Management network related changes, for
redundancy and optimization.

Nice to have.

Experience with Project Management duties (project planning, resource
management, scope, schedule and status, documentation).

Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing,
automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans).

Supporting proof of concept and solution deployments of IAM and cloud
technologies

Expertise on IAM industry standards and enterprise architecture & API
service design

Lead the overall delivery of IAM projects in an advisory role, overseeing the
activities of onsite and offshore engineers and architects

Function as the primary client day to day interface building rapport and
trust with the client

Review and oversee the generation of all project deliverables such as
assessment reports, system designs/ architectures and risk/security recommendations

Lead engagement to perform technical health checks for IAM
platforms/environments prior to broader deployments

Oversee technical support for cyber services and resolve service-related
issues through research and troubleshooting and working with vendors

Solid knowledge of all web technologies, especially web services, web
applications, Service Oriented Architectures, and network/web protocols

Should have a good understanding of Identity and Access Management platform
framework and functions. Should have good understanding and hands-on experience
with IGA, PAM and SSO architecture, solution and technologies.

Experience in markup language processing like XML.

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Requirements:

Essential:

At least a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or
other related fields

Advising, designing and leading development of advanced security techniques
according to technical architecture

Requirement Analysis, Key Architecture decisions, API spec, Solution Arch
& Data modelling for IAM platform

Providing engineering designs and guiding IAM development team on building
new integrations/solutions

Ensuring software security at all levels of architecture

Desirable:

Security and cloud certifications CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, Product
certifications

Demonstrated excellent technical writing skills and project/program
management experience

CI/CD integration and Scrum Agile delivery knowledge & skills a plus.
