Description:

The Quality Call Monitoring Specialist is a Contract Only position and will be responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our operations call center associates. The QA will monitor inbound and outbound calls to assess associates demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures. In addition, targeted listening will be completed for the opportunity to identify process improvements, call handling efficiencies and training needs. 

Youre perfect for this role if you: 

Call Center experience in Customer Service, Collections, Fraud and Disputes preferred

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Exceptional listening and analytical skills

Solid time management skills and ability to work independently 

Must be self-motivator and self-starter

Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment

Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
