The ideal candidate will be an experienced Site Reliability Engineering Manager or SRE experienced with leading software development projects. The SRE Manager will be familiar with Agile development processes, have strong process proficiency, skill, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to dig in on any project or problem. What you will do as a PDL SRE Manager; you will lead a team of SREs who are working on anything and everything that could impact reliability, scalability, and performance of solutions deployed in our on-prem or cloud environment. You will provide technical, process and business leadership to your team(s). You will work is a matrix environment using your management and technical skills to get things done while supporting others in the organization who ask the same from you! You will be responsible for managing and leading the best development team and creating a team culture that is constantly setting a higher standard.
