FSCM version 9.2 Tools 8.57/8.58/8.59

PeopleTools, Peoplesoft Security, Project migration, Application designer, SQL,   Debugging tracing sessions,Integration Broker, REST and SOAP API, Datamover scripts

Peoplesoft installations and configurations and maintenance of existing environment. Peopletools upgrade, PUM upgrade, Selective patching application, Appy weblogic, tuxedo patches

Knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting

Auditing support, internal and external integration support

Identify and resolve performance issues

Lead and participate in various projects related to PeopleSoft transitions, PUM upgrades and production support as Lead PeopleSoft Database Administrator.

Must have proficient technical skills as a PeopleSoft Database Administrator, Oracle Database Administrator, Unix/Linux and Windows Administration along with sound knowledge of comparing
and migrating software code, configuring and troubleshooting PeopleSoft Application, Domains and database issues.

Experienced in Table Reorganization, running statistics and Indexing.

Handled database activities like Database refreshes and Performance monitoring

Must have excellent Analytical ability, Troubleshooting and Problem-solving ability along with excellent written, communication, and documentation skills

Good-to-Have

Knowledge of ADO & ServiceNow

Experience with Job scheduling and monitoring tools like Control-M and Peoplesoft Test Frame work

Experienced in handling PS Jobs and Sessions.

Knowledge about Agile/ Scrum processes - backlog, planning, review, retrospectives and daily stand-ups

Experience with Agile project team

Knowledge of change management process

Experience with ITSM tools like Sevice Now

Must be able to work with Business Customers, Line Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in a professional and collaborative manner

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Work with Product Owner and team members to understand requirements and interact with other teams to architect, design, develop, test, and
release features.

Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions.

Ready to work for extended hours to liaise with offshore team and customers for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risks.

Wprk with PSFT team consisting of offshore and onsite team members.

Attend Agile rituals backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives and daily stand-ups

Work on Agile features and stories related to PSFT development Building load plan to extract, transform and load data

BSupport PSFT interfaces and packages to extract data from Peoplesoft, Coupa, Archer source systems

Monitoring Service Now and attend the tickets for PSFT

Monitoring PSFT daily jobs and work in collaboration with other stakeholders if there is any failure

Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

Troubleshoot issues and outages in Production related to PSFT load plans

Work with Oracle Support for resolving issues related to product

Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies

Build internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

Receive and acknowledge X-matters alert in case of any job failure
