No candidate will be processed forward without A&D experience. Job Description: As an SAP IWM/EWM Consultant with a focus on the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) industry, you will be responsible for supporting the IWM (Inventory and Warehouse Management) team and ensuring the effective implementation of SAP Best Practices for EWM/IWM. Your role will involve collaborating with business process owners to gather requirements, utilizing the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire to guide your work. Based on the assessment outcomes, you will create Workshop A, consisting of system demos and presentation decks. Key Responsibilities: - Requirement gathering in collaboration with business process owners. - Planning and building Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck) based on assessment results. - Managing requirements and documenting them. - Configuration of SAP systems and documenting the configurations. - Documenting key decisions made during the implementation process. - Creating process flow diagrams to illustrate workflows. - Ensuring proper authorization and security settings. - Planning and overseeing testing, both for standard and custom objects. - Managing change related to SAP implementations. - Setting up reporting mechanisms. - Utilizing S/4 experience to enhance solutions. - Applying A&D industry knowledge to tailor solutions effectively. - Extensive experience with EWM in S/4, including tasks such as Goods Receipt, Delivery, Goods Issues, Stock Transport Orders, etc. - Managing goods receipt and issues related to production orders. - Handling Production Order Kitting. - Performing transfer postings. - Conducting availability checks and batch determinations. - Managing inbound and outbound forms. - Integrating with external warehouse systems (3PL) using SAP Inventory Management transactions. - Collaborating on integration with MES systems. - Creating functional specifications. Qualifications: - Proven experience in SAP EWM/IWM implementations. - Deep understanding of the Aerospace and Defense industry. - Proficiency in S/4 and EWM within the A&D context. - Strong grasp of various inventory and warehouse processes, including Goods Receipt, Goods Issues, Production Orders, etc. - Ability to author functional specifications. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration. - Detail-oriented approach to configuration and documentation.
