Project manager Location- > Milford, CT (Onsite) Rate ->$65//hr Visa-> USC/GC ONLY This position is on-site, to work closely with the finance and IT teams in the company's HQ near Milford, CT . Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management activities for finance related applications, from initiation to closure, ensuring all project phases are executed efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with finance team, IT department, and external consultants to define project scope, goals, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize project execution and resource utilization. Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and industry regulations throughout project execution. Projects include but will not be limited to: Replacing existing banking integrations with the ERP Implementing Concur expense reporting solution to streamline processes. Replace the current Accounts Payable solution. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, Engineering or equivalent 5+ years of working experience in an IT environment, with a proven track record of a successfully leading finance-related application implementation projects. Deep understanding of finance processes and systems; experience with Netsuite or finance modules of a similar ERP is a must PMP, or equivalent project management certification is highly recommended. Agile/Scrum Master experience is a plus.
