Strong ability to lead the customer stakeholders in their Digital journey with comprehensive knowledge across SAP SuccessFactors Solution portfolio. Work with the customer to understand their requirements and provide them appropriate guidance. Able to guide the customers, both on site as well as remote, on the SAP Best Practice Processes and Configurations for Employee Central. Good Knowledge of SAP HCM on premise solution is required. 8 hours/week will be distributed across the week. Time will ebb and flow throughout the week. Last 2 weeks of November and the weeks of Christmas and New Years are blacked out. SF Integration knowledge would be a plus. EC Payroll experience & skills would be a plus. This resource will be responsible for leading & conducting requirement gathering workshops & system walkthroughs and for overseeing near/offshore configuration delivery.
