Job Title: Sr. Trace Link Analyst Location: Boston, MA - Remote ** Must work EST hours Top 3 skills required for this role: 1. Trace Link (10+ years) 2. Serialization -L4 support, validation, documentation. 3. Good communication, client interfacing Key Responsibilities: Work directly with business stakeholders and DTE resources to understand current and future business requirements for global serialization and or track and trace requirements. Working experience in a technical support and troubleshooting role for serialization and or track and trace system. Ability to read, parse, and manipulate various technical formats including EPCIS, XML, EDI and CSV. Working knowledge of B2B technologies and data standards including AS2, SFTP and Web Services. Experience with supply chain software and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry preferred. Advise and consult project managers and business partners on configuration and technical issues during project deployment and establish regular communications to foster productive partnerships. Experience with Tracelink configurations and partner onboarding process. Participate as a technical resource on application projects to be delivered on time, within budget, and with good quality. Partner with external support and internal DTE resources as needed for platform and project needs. Work with Internal Controls and audit support teams as needed to meet SOX, GxP regulation/validation and change management requirements. Minimum Qualifications Functional and Technical knowledge of the Trace link system. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
