Bachelors Degree in Information Systems OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience collaborating with information technology professionals throughout the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) . Experience facilitating cross functional discussions and gaining consensus. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Planview, MS Project. Understanding of the procurement process and contract administration activities. Minimum 2 years experience with project activities. PMP Certification OR completion of the VITA Project Manager Development Program within 1 year of the start date. Experience with Agile or Hybrid methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, etc.). Knowledge and experience with the Waterfall delivery methodology.
