This is a long-term opportunity. The opportunity requires the candidate to be able to work in HYBRID Fashion at the Clients Central Office located in Richmond, VA with work at least 3 days/per week on-site. **The candidate applying must be living closer to the Richmond, VA area within a 50-mile radius (Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia Area) and willing to move to Richmond, VA, for the HYBRID Position. Must Have 3+ Years of Experience being Familiar with enterprise application installation and system administration 3+ Years of Experience with end-user software installation and troubleshooting. 3+ Years of Knowledge and Experience with website accessibility. 2+ Years of Experience in maintaining compliance per security and audit requirements 2+ Years of Previous Experience in a web technologist role. Job Responsibilities The position will work closely with customers to ensure tools are utilized effectively. The position will interface with web technologists, content creators, and other web-related roles. The web tools administrator is responsible for delivering the tools and ensuring software currency in the installed base. The position must develop and implement processes to track customers, tool usage, and metrics reporting. This position is responsible for the security compliance of the enterprise tools. The position will develop reports and presentations to validate delivery, usage, and compliance. Highly Desired Aptitude to learn and administer unfamiliar software platforms. Project management skills with experience in enterprise-level project implementations. Experience with Siteimprove, JAWS, Adobe Creative Suite or similar products Experience with tools to protect websites from spam and abuse. Experience in the State and Local government websites.
