Position: Sr. C# Web developer, USC or GC Only Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months MOI: Phone and Video W2 only GC/USC Perfect Communication Remote (Working CST Time/Hours) Refined Tech Stack C# (Expert) .Net Core (Expert) Code First Entity Framework (core) (Expert) LINQ, Linq to Objects (Expert) MVC / Restful Web API (Expert) ReactJS (must have but does not need to be an expert) Azure (strongly desired) Work is mainly backend for now Send only 1-2 candidates. Candidates must have multi-year work history. Most coming in have 1 year, and 6-9 month projects. Candidates must be Senior Developers, (Not Architects or Tech Leads that focus on code reviews, requirements, planning, mentoring, .) Need a person doing 95% coding each week. We do a 90 minute technical coding exercise. One interview and then make the offer. The coding challenge will be in Git (editor - no intelisence Candidates can search microsoft knowledge base for technical reference material Coding exercise will focus on 2 tasks where they will be given code and need to add or fix something. Linq to Objects (Expert) MVC / Restful Web API (Expert) Most struggle with LINQ / Linq to Objects technical coding exercise. Ask them if they are willing to take this assessment prior to submittal.
