Job Description TITLE: UI/UX product analyst LOCATION: FULLY REMOTE WORK VISA: NO H1B,CPT Client: johnson & johnson Duration: 1 year+ Must have Linkedin Supports Product Owner to understand the ideal user experience and product requirements for a Trade Controls Supply Chain Technology Product. This PA will translate persona maps, business needs, and requirements into stories for the squad backlog. Responsibilities: Conduct initial product user research Drive the product squad vision based on business and user insights Design desirable and intuitive products by creating wireframes and visual designs, and iteratively validate solutions with users Inquire into E2E business process, user personas (Trade Controls, GS, HCC, Legal), and solution design Work with the Product Owner to define the business product-driven strategy Maximize return on investment (ROI) by identifying and prioritizing the product features by business value (building the right thing) Understand user needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the squad. Build use cases, write, manage, and clarify user stories, visualization, and process flows. Document confirmed business processes to serve as a reference for development and IT support Apply business process improvement methods for optimization In partnership with the PO, maintain a deep understanding of the business process and product to ensure the squads backlog priorities are aligned with business/group needs Track metrics and build reports to measure progress Help manage dependencies with other squads working closely with squad PO, peer POs and the Product Manager. Apply compliance requirements within the scope of responsibility, ensuring SDLC documentation, system configuration, and compliance activities are up to date as required. Support and/or facilitate system demos via inspect and adapt workshops as needed Qualifications: Experience in user research, persona mapping, process mapping, creating wireframes and mockups based on user experience and business requirements Ideal candidates will have experience in supply chain transportation/deliver such as trade compliance and trade controls. Proven experience as an IT Product or Business Analyst or similar role in an Agile development environment. Demonstrated expertise in User Experience design principles, with a strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and user research. Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with a track record of successful collaboration within Agile teams. Experience with UX/UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc., to create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into actionable product requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet user needs and business objectives. Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with modern software development technologies is a plus. Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) are advantageous.
