Scrum Master skills required Focus Everyone focus on the work in the sprint and the goal of the scrum team. Rise and fall as a team Skills Required Experience in managing large and complex technical projects - Understanding of fundamentals of IT Architecture & Systems to deliver solutions is a must Experience in integrating multiple systems (logic and data) across the enterprise is required Functional knowledge and experience in implementing large and complex solutions either related to software, data or Infrastructure projects is required Experience with Microsoft Office tools is required Ability to create and follow work and data flow charts is required Need to understand Software Development Life Cycle and various delivery methodologies like Waterfall and Agile Budget and risk management capabilities Duties and Responsibilities Provide coaching and guidance to team members Create and maintain project budgets Build strong project teams Manage and organize project teams to support project needs Manage projects to successfully meet business requirements and outcomes Plan and run test plans Create work break down structures to support project delivery and track plan Use level of efforts to assist in developing project budgets Manage project progress and create effective status reports Manage all required project documentation per SGWS PMO standards Define, drive test metrics and monitor testing to ensure testing is completed per project schedule Define resource plan and manage throughout project life cycle Note- We already loose an interview on this role as the consultant got placed on another role.
