| BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST IT SENIOR 10 months Columbus OH.(Hybrid) Description We are currently accepting resumes for a Business Systems Analyst IT Senior position in Columbus OH.(Hybrid) Exposure to ADO Gets work done; thrives in a fast-pace, highly complex working environment Inquisitive; isnt afraid to ask questions self-starter Strong understanding of work burn-down and how those metrics apply to projects Works well with others; a true partner with strong problem-solving abilities This role is aligned to Identity Access Mgmt. specific to MRA related efforts. Individual will be expected to perform the following: Develop an in-depth understanding of the MRA related work that Identity Access Mgmt. must deliver in Q2 of 2024. Work closely with the assigned team to clearly define user stories and ensure the right level of detail is included to meet the teams definition of ready for the start work to be executed Understands the needs of all the work within the MRA and works closely with all stakeholders to ensure clear communication is achieved. May work with Architects, Developers, Engineers and others across Technology and Security to ensure that technical requirements are accounted for and the work is prioritized according to the stated schedule. Works with the Senior Project Manager to identify work dependencies and ensure those dependencies are reflected in the work and communicated. Has demonstrated experience with tracking work burn down and the value of measuring the work efforts Uses the ADO board to run reports and queries for reporting purposes regarding the work Can assist other teams who are part of the larger work effort on work status and reporting to ensure a comprehensive burn-down of the work can be accomplished each week. Works with the Senior Project Manager on any scope and schedule changes and how those changes will impact the delivery of the work Serves as the back-up or proxy to Senior Project Manager when needed to ensure the execution of the work continues in a timely manner.
