Location: Medford, OR or Portland, OR or Seattle, WA INTERVIEW MODE: Video Video JOB DESCRIPTION: The Network Engineer is responsible for project discovery and systems analysis efforts, systems and network design, writing statements of work, execute project plans, and resolve advanced escalated support requests. Network Engineer will also work to continuously advance personal and organizational technical abilities, ensuring Kelley is providing high-value solutions and services that are designed to meet the specific needs of clients. SKILLS / ABILITIES: Ability to act with a sense of urgency while paying attention to detail Ability to multi-task effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate in a positive, effective, and efficient manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to prepare, organize and present information to groups of people Ability to match Kelley solutions to current and prospective client needs Ability to work afterhours and on-call shifts Ability and desire to provide effortless customer experience ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB: Network design, configuration and installation of devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, ACL, VLAN) Perform systems implementation and administer infrastructure on premises and in the cloud; systems include Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 global administration Troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets, including those associated with project design, scoping, and completion tasks Perform in-depth analysis of system performance and planning then summarize the results for varying audiences, outside technical partners, and senior-level management. Provide mentoring, guidance, and education to junior staff.
