Must be comfortable doing QA testing managing UAT self-started, experienced waterfall and agile build user stories and requirements JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for researching and analyzing processes and systems of the ANA Enterprise and reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, defining scope and objectives, and formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies. Responsibilities also include researching and documenting requirements collaborating with the departments across the enterprise to meet those needs as well as supporting testing of new functionality and bug fixes. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Weight (%) 1. 15% Gathers information through research, interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task analysis, and workflow analysis 2. 20% Documents existing processes, workflow, and procedures by capturing steps, screens, forms, data fields, actions, etc. in the As-is state. Also documents desired end state processes, work flow, and procedures by capturing steps, screens, forms data fields, actions, etc. for the To-be state.
