| From: Clark Adam, VKore Solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hii, Job Title: Expert ServiceNow Developer - ECO Location: US-Remote-United States Responsibilities: Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that they meet the client's needs and are aligned with ITIL, SPM/ITBM, CSM, Self-Help Services, ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SPM, and CMDB best practices Provide software and application configuration across various technical areas within Self- help service such as Portal, Workspace, Service Catalog, Virtual agent, live agent chat Able to write clear and concise technical documentation Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, including REST and SOAP APIs Analyze business requirements and develop technical requirements Develop and design application modules workflows and catalog request Develop and deliver ServiceNow based solution for clients Customer Relationship Management Collaborate with other developers to ensure that code is developed and maintained according to best practices Develop, customize and design for the out of the box conversation, topic blocks and topics for the virtual agent Qualifications: Must be experienced with ServiceNow and have the ability to design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications and services Experience in system process automation Experience with governance/service management/operations Experience with Angularjs Experience in ServiceNow/Angularjs (HTML) (JavaScript - client side/server side) Experience in ServiceNow/Angularjs (CSS) Experience with HCD Human Centered Design Experience in scripting to call APIs, to also get data Able to Integrate virtual agent with non-ServiceNow applications Education: Masters degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required and 15+ years work experience Ten (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (25 years total) Clearance: Moderate: Tier 2S (Standard MBI) Location: 100% Remote, USA Monday - Friday (8:00 AM- 4:30 PM EST Time) Thanks & Regards, Clark Adam Sr. Technical Recruiter VKore Solutions 314 E Highland Mall Blvd Suite 505 Austin TX 78752 Email: [email protected] Keywords: access management Texas |
