Position Summary

The ServiceNow Administrator/ Developer will be a technical resource who
performs the day-to-day administration / Developement of the ServiceNow
platform. The individual will implement ServiceNow applications and provide
expert technical insight in the ServiceNow design while assuring its alignment
to service management best practices.

Summary Essential Job Functions

Provides administrative support
to the ServiceNow user base

Maintains the stability and
usability of the platform across production and non-production
environments

Configures and customizes the
ServiceNow system, including workflows

Create test plans as well as
deployment process for implementation

Performs application
maintenance to include performance monitoring, error identification, and
remediation

Manages support for incidents

Leads upgrade planning and
execution

Communicates ServiceNow
processes and operations effectively to all levels of management and
stakeholders

Manages instance security:
user/group access, administration, access control lists, catalogs,
portals, etc.

Provides configuration
assistance to developers

Perform other duties as
assigned

Position Requirements

5+ years of direct
administration experience with ServiceNow

3+ years of hands-on experience
with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Incident, Problem,
Change, Asset, Release, Knowledge, Performance Analytics etc.

Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow's
Customer Service Management suite.

Working knowledge of the IT
Operations Management (ITOM) suite of capabilities, to include MID
deployment, Discovery, CMDB, Orchestration, Event Management, Operations
Intelligence, Service Mapping, etc.

Excellent knowledge of
ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow
features

Experience with creating and
managing ServiceNow reporting features

Preferred

Experience supporting Customer
Service Management in a large enterprise environment.

ServiceNow Certified System
Administrator

Experience with ServiceNow
integrations with other enterprise applications

Excellent interpersonal skills
across multiple levels of an organization

Excellent writing skills for
generating clear, concise release notes and documentation.

Strong analytical capabilities
coupled with business acumen needed to proactively solve problems facing
the organization.
