| From: Clark Adam, VKore Solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hii Business Partner, Job Title: ServiceNow Architect SME - COO Location: US-Remote-United States Overview: As the ServiceNow Architect SME you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team of software developers, engineers, and other IT professionals to support, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow ITSM application. You will join a highly collaborative team focused on delivering high value to its customers. You will work in close cooperation with other developers, engineers, managers and product owners on project teams, as well as work independently on smaller efforts with limited direct supervision. This person must be resourceful, detail-oriented, and 100% client-focused, with a continuing passion for your profession. Responsibilities: Experience developing SaaS (Software as a Service) based tools (ServiceNow), with focus on implementing Agent Workspace/Chat and Virtual Agent in the ITSM module as well as CMS module ServiceNow development and Administration Experience with release/version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances with ServiceNow End-to-End Service Catalog development and complex workflow Apply innovative technical solutions to business and the application processes Define and document procedures for processes and workflows Work on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader Responsible for troubleshooting problems as reported by users Support Web access and electronic messaging services and maintains a secure system environment Communicate effectively with management and other members of the project team Additional duties as assigned and defined by management Qualifications: Demonstrate ServiceNow Depth of Knowledge across the platform Strong familiarity with ITSM and implementation of ITIL standards within the ServiceNow Platform Excellent customer service skills, including presentation, verbal and written communication skills Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change Ability to work independently toward delivery of goals as well as collaborate in team efforts Education: Masters degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required plus 10 years of relevant work experience Educational degree may be substituted by 10 years of additional relevant experience (total of 18 years relevant work experience required) SNOW Architect Certification Clearance: The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation Location: Remote, USA Thanks & Regards, Clark Adam Sr. Technical Recruiter VKore Solutions 314 E Highland Mall Blvd Suite 505 Austin TX 78752 Email: [email protected] Keywords: information technology Texas |
