| From: komal, Incom Technologies Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi Role : Business analyst with Healthcare domain experience Exp : 5 years Duties/Responsibilities: The business analyst supports a growing portfolio of COVID-19 related projects for health-related work streams such as contact tracing, clinic scheduling and management, and vaccine supply chain management systems. Over time, these workstreams may grow and change to other initiatives not related to COVID-19 response and recovery. The business analyst will enjoy frequent and active opportunities to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels for the purpose of such things as information gathering, requirements elicitation, research, and quality assurance. Specific duties and responsibilities may include, Develops business processes and process reengineering methodologies. Solves application and process related problems by creating detailed process and system design specifications. Works with other areas across the business units to support a total solution approach. Communicates business requirements for reports and applications development. Facilitates collaboration within and across business units and across IT functions. Resolves problems and improves business units technical environments. Reviews and assesses nonvisual access standards to determine applicability to MDH contracts. Engages with internal and external stakeholders, as necessary, to determine compliance with laws, regulations, and standards. Produces deliverables as required to fulfill MDH requirements; Develops high quality oral and written presentations. Performs other duties as assigned. Education: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Human Resources Management or a related field. An MBA or MPA is preferred. General Experience: At least five (5) years of experience in business and/or systems analysis. Specialized Experience: At least five (5) years of experience in reengineering large scale business processes. Keywords: information technology |
