Description
We are currently accepting resumes for a Project Manager IT Senior position in Columbus OH.(Hybrid)

Individual will be the primary project contact for a regulatory workstream, and will work daily with Identity Access Management, IT Infrastructure and Application teams as well as Business functional teams.

Individual must partner across multiple internal groups to identify project deliverables, understand scope by milestone, risk and issues and supporting activities to ensure the set of project deliverables are met on time with high quality.
Must be able to juggle multiple competing activities with interdependencies while working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Must exhibit high energy attitude with a desire to 'Get Stuff Done'
Must be able to bring people together to ensure and validate the work is occurring from multiple teams and that the work is executing, able to execute and be delivered. Interactions with multiple stakeholders is required to review and monitor project goals and status.
Influence effectively between and across all internal stakeholder groups and individuals to support delivery, risk mitigation, change management, and issue resolution.

Develops and maintains detailed project schedules, works with team to maintain / update schedules, integrates project plans into other release schedules and works with teams to resolve discrepancies among schedules and availability conflicts with resources.
Ability to get the respect of the senior technical teams to lead projects, coordinate teams and handle issues and problems effectively in a timely manner.
Manages deliverable estimation process, resource allocation and efficient utilization; negotiates resource conflicts with individuals expected to deliver the outcome of the work.
Communicate effectively via formal presentations.
Builds strong relationships with business and technology individuals
Collect and report value metrics to enable individuals to make decisions in order to maximize returns across enterprise projects and programs
Ability to quickly learn and use new complex technical concepts and resolve issues with them in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to discuss complex technical concepts to the technical staff, stakeholders and business executives in a simple straightforward manner.
Provides ongoing status updates on project progress, risks, change management and issue resolution.
Leads issue identification, tracking, escalation and resolution documentation. Monitors risk events before becoming issues and potential roadblocks.
Required Skills and Experience
Requires a Bachelors or Masters degree and at least 10 years of project/program management experience.

Experience managing on projects that involve regulatory compliance
Working knowledge of some: ADO as a tool to manage work
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal communications skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organization levels
Experience at working both independently and in a cross functional team-oriented environment is essential
Ability to assess and deliver appropriate level of detail and comfortable interacting at all levels of the organization
Has an ability to understand people and technologies with the ability to know what questions to ask to guide someone through solving a problem (without knowing the subject matter)
Be communicative and social, assertive and enthusiastic
Must be able to facilitate discussion and Client alternatives or different approaches
Preferred Skills and Experience
At least 10 years of experience managing complex projects while driving multiple groups to work together and deliver stated objectives of the work
Financial Services Background

Experience managing work on an ADO board
Past experience working on regulatory-type projects
