Duration: 6+ months Visa: NO CPT/OPT/H1B Note- Candidate preferred from MI, OH, IN, KY, IL, and WI. Must have previous hands-on software development experience. Client prefers a Scrum Master who has experience as a software developer ideally with cloud and back-end experience in Azure, C#/.NET, SQL Server. Experience implementing solutions across organizational boundaries. This role is not for someone to simply facilitates ceremonies, but is for someone who actively removes project barriers and helps drive results. Provides leadership and high-level technical or functional consultation for new systems development and for the enhancement of existing systems. Alignment of teams to the Program Increment (PI) Objectives and delivery of value. Ability to lead without explicit authority. Partnering with other teams to remove impediments and appropriately track dependencies with internal or external customers. Facilitation of discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution in support of the attainment of value without coercion or dictating the work to be completed. Support and collaboration with the Product Owner / Business Owner with respect to grooming and maintaining the product work backlog. Facilitates SAFe ceremonies for the Agile team.
