Our team enables continuous improvements to the application and supports our internal and external business partners. What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource 1. Support the Service Now/Salesforce incident queue and resolve Salesforce issues as quickly as possible 2. Manage and Provision users, create adhoc/user reports as requested 3. Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to troubleshoot Salesforce issues and resolve as efficiently as possible 4. Candidate may also be assigned Salesforce production release items to address bug issues or dev code according to user story or work item 5. Candidate may also be assigned to other Salesforce projects (as needed) to collaborate, gather requirements and create technical solutions documentation What are the main 3-5 technologies this resource should be proficient in 1. Salesforce Experience (Community) and Service Cloud (SOQL, Batch classes, SSO setup, Aura Components, APEX classes) 2. SQL Server 3. Data import/export (data loader from Salesforce) 4. Inbound/Outbound API integration What are the TOP 5 Critical Skills or Must Haves skills a candidate should have on their resume in order to be considered 1. Good analytical skills 2. Experience working with SOQL, Batch classes, SSO setup, Aura Components, APEX classes 3. Schema understanding of SQL Server database 4. Strong Troubleshooting/debugging skills: Capability to identify issues and solve technical problems efficiently (Ex; APIs, custom settings/meta data/labels, error logs etc.) 5.Great communication Nice to Have Dynatrace or other related monitoring software Service Now Experience with sandbox refreshing and environment management Job Qualifications - Required: BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience). 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development Created modern Enterprise Lightning Apps combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Component features. Solid experience in developing Lightning Components with CSS and Design Parameters Good understanding of salesforce configuration like Flows, Process Builder, Lightning Email Templates, Workflow rules, Sharing rules Proficient in Apex and SOQL Experience with Integrations including Installed Packages, OAuth, and REST APIs Demonstrated ability to drive to deadlines, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring quality standards.
