Handle complete software development life cycle of Inview Banker & Financial project using technologies including Spark (PySpark), Hadoop, Hive, Ab Initio, oracle PL/SQL and shell scripts. Implemented Hadoop data pipeline to do performance analysis of clients investment against the benchmarks. Migration of core modules over to Hadoop ecosystem primarily using Spark, Python, HBase and Hive. Develop Hive Queries to support businesss with adhoc reporting requests. Develop code to push Real Time Messages into Hadoop Ecosystem using KAFKA connectors, in order to process near real time data from multiple product processors. Responsible for Batch optimization & Data Analysis, performance tuning of Graphs, Materialized Views, SQL scripts, and Data Quality checks. Design technical data mapping specifications template and prepare high level functional design for feeds provided by the banking and investment product processors (e.g. Pershing, Fitek). Responsible for building high-volume data pipelines using Spark(pySpark), python, SQL and Hive based on analytics and machine learning models. Work cross-functionally with product owners and the data science team to understand the business needs. Develop scoring models and integrate new features that help financial advisors for the investment advice to clients. Perform data studies to understand the statistical behaviors. Productionize, support and batch optimize of NBA application. Carry out proof of concepts on new tools & technologies to adopt in Big Data & Data Science applications Good understanding of Data Science and Machine learning.
