Position Title: Sr. Data Architect (AWS) 

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)  

Long-term Contract  

 Rate: $75/hr. on C2C Max 

Roles and Responsibilities:  

We are seeking a 15+ years skilled Data Architect with expertise in Data Platforms to join our team. As a Data Architect, you will also be responsible for developing and architecting data strategies that will enable secure and performant use of the data
platform for BI solutions, advanced analytics and querying engine.  
End to End responsibility for data collection, transformation, storage, governance, and consumption.

Manage and define processes of external and internal data integrations.

Work closely with software engineers and DevOps teams to ensure APIs, data models, connectors, microservices are efficient and performant.

Lead architecture build self-service data access capabilities and smart APIs to drive data decisions.

Lead cost efficiency, cost optimization efforts to keep data warehouse/virtual warehouse costs low.

Improve data quality, data validation layers to help the BI solutions highlight rich data.

Solid understanding of Kafka fundamentals to leverage Kafka streams to provide near real time reporting solutions.

Collaborate with development teams and product owners to implement data strategies and plans that align with business objectives and performance goals.

Design and implement virtual warehouses for existing and new use cases.

Experience and Qualification:

Hands-on experience in developing data enterprise solutions using AWS services.

Extensive hands-on experience with DWH, APIs, Data Lake environments  
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services like EMR, Athena, Scala, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, RDS, glue, Redshift, Apache airflow, SQS, SNS

Lead architecture of solutions to build self-service composite tools composed of microservices.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and management.

Experience in leading solutions around technology, data, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering, data governance and regulatory compliance. 

Position: 2 

Position Title: Senior iOS Engineer with Flutter 

Location: Plano, TX (Day 1 onsite) 

12+ Months Contract 

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

10+ years of experience in developing software for iOS to achieve quality, budget and schedule outcomes. 
Code from program specifications for iOS using native languages (Swift) 
Unit testing including planning, documentation, and execution of a test for a unit of work to ensure the quality of code written. 
Providing input/creating detailed technical design documents, including identification of new components and impact analysis of existing systems if any 
Program specifications for a unit of work, following project standards and including time estimates. 
Systems & Integration Testing Following a test plan, execute the plan, identifying and logging issues. 
Post Implementation Support ongoing support, as required, including identification of problems raised and whether these are problems or additional requirements. 
Release management - Have a comprehensive understanding of the iOS release management and support releases. 

Skills & Experience required: 

Ability to clearly articulate complex architectural and technical problems 
Ability to apply agile methodologies when it comes to lean software development. 
Expert in iOS mobile software architecture. 
APIs - RESTful API design, be able to collaborate with backend developers. 
Security-first mindset. 
Expert in coding in Swift (> iOS13). 
Well versed in unit testing frameworks such as XCTest. 
Experience with automated deployments (CI/CD). 
Experience with Coordinator pattern, Autolayout, MVVM. 
Knowledge of modern software architecture paradigms such as microservices and event-based architectures. 
Experience with SwiftUI, Combine. 
UX/UI Design. 
CICD with Fastlane. 
Knowledge of single codebase mobile native solutions such as React Native or Flutter. 
Experience with Android development. 
Team player, collaborative approach and excellent communication skills.

Position Title: Senior Android Engineer 

Location: Plano, TX (Day 1 onsite) 

12+ Months Contract 

Job Description: 

As a Senior Android Engineer, you will be a key member of our mobile development team, responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining our Android applications. You will collaborate closely with other developers, product managers, and designers
to deliver exceptional user experiences that meet the needs of our growing user base. 

Responsibilities: 

Android App Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Android applications using Kotlin, Java, and Jetpack Compose, adhering to best practices and architectural patterns. 
Architecture and Code Quality: Lead the development efforts by providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality code through code reviews and adherence to coding standards. 
Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and other issues to ensure the applications are smooth and responsive. 
Unit and UI Testing: Demonstrate a strong focus on testing by writing comprehensive unit tests and conducting UI testing using frameworks like JUnit and Espresso to ensure the stability and reliability of our applications. 
Cross-Platform Collaboration: Collaborate with the iOS development team to ensure consistency across platforms and share knowledge on best practices. 
GraphQL Integration: Leverage your expertise in GraphQL to implement efficient and scalable APIs that communicate with backend services. 
Emerging Technologies: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Android development, GraphQL, and other relevant technologies to continuously improve our applications. 
Problem Solving: Analyze and solve complex technical challenges related to mobile application development and provide creative solutions. 
Code Quality and Documentation: Write clean, modular, and testable code, and maintain clear and concise documentation to facilitate collaboration within the team. 
User Experience: Work closely with the design team to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience, making data-driven decisions to enhance user satisfaction. 
Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues, providing timely bug fixes and updates to maintain app stability. 
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliver high-quality applications on time. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in Android app development with a proven track record of delivering successful applications. 
Strong expertise in GraphQL, including its implementation and integration into Android applications. 
Proficiency in Kotlin and Java for Android development, along with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts. 
Experience with Android Studio, Gradle, and version control systems like Git. 
Deep understanding of Android UI/UX design principles and best practices for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using Jetpack Compose. 
Knowledge of various Android architectural patterns (Clean, MVVM, MVP, etc.) and experience with dependency injection frameworks (e.g., Dagger, Hilt). 
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration into mobile applications. 
Familiarity with the latest Android features, libraries, and development tools. 
Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically, and a strong attention to detail. 
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. 
Strong passion for mobile technology and a desire to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
