Role: Power Apps Developer Location: Chantilly, VA (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term (US Citizen only) Must Skills: Power platform consultant power automate and power fx (power fx most important) Experience with building apps in power apps and cloud flows in power automate Azure experience (Prefer) OVERVIEW Role revolves around the designing, building, and deploying of automation solutions using Microsofts Power Platform tools Power Automate and Power Apps. Acts as a consultant to provide advice and support the team in the deployment of business workflow automations. Understands the transition between business requirements and technical implementation to promote digital transformation. Provides expertise and direction in the development of automation use cases. Works with users to define existing or new system scope and objectives. Provides technical advice and support during the conceptualization, development, and implementation phases. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities involve solutions design, custom development, workflow automation, and full lifecycle management in a collaborative environment. Knowledge of Power Platform tools and a willingness to learn best prepares for the responsibilities of understanding business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders and transitioning functional needs into real-life use cases. Delivers insightful advice, expert guidance, and appropriate solutions with strategies as a consultant. Solution design, testing, documentation. Ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with the team and various stakeholders. Able to problem-solve in the case of sudden system failure with both a focused and holistic approach. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors with 2+ years experience or Masters Advanced proficiency in MS Power Platform tools (Power Automate and Power Apps) Skill in consulting practices- coordinating efforts and offering well-informed advice Knowledge of project scheduling, solutions architecture, and automation execution Experience in agile, full systems life cycle development Aptitude for continuous learning, utilizing the newest updates in MS Power Platform -- Best Regards, Sai Surya Teja US IT Recruiter Humac Inc.
