He/She participates in component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development (AD) initiatives to meet business requirements. He/She collaborates with teams and supports emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives. This position provides knowledge and support for applications development, integration, and maintenance. He/She provides input to department and project teams on decisions supporting projects. Mandatory Skills: Experience with Agile Development, Java, and Requirements Analysis Experience in designing and/or developing solutions for a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Good hands-on knowledge of OOPS (Object Oriented Programming Structure) Proficient in using JSON Knowledge of CI/CD and cloud-based deployments preferred. Perform code reviews, developing and adhering to coding standard. Familiarity with Technical Analysis, Leadership skills and Troubleshooting skills . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical skills and technical skills. Experience in using IBM Operational Decision Manager or similar business rules engines.
