Job description:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis,
JIRA and Confluence
, Create User-Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Process flows,

Supporting Dev and
QA teams, Testing Strategies
(Test Plan, Test Scripts).

Admin Skills: SOQL, Customization of Salesforce App, Automation using Process Builders, Flows, Configuration (Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, Community Setup, Profiles, Permission Sets).

Data Loader Activities, Reports & Dashboards.

Sales Cloud: Custom Lead Import form using Sites, Guidance for Success, Forecasting and Opportunity Management, Price Books, Integrations
(Order Management System, Payments, CPQ, Eloqua
)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills.

Significant Consulting/client facing background.
