Job Description - Title: Veeva Admins Location : Lexington, MA (remote) Visa: No H1b Note: A step or 2 up from a HelpDesk person, like a System Admin with Veeva Requirement Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Computer Science, or Information Technology). Proven experience as a Veeva CTMS Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of clinical trial management processes. Proficiency in configuring and managing Veeva CTMS, including user permissions, workflows, and customizations. Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and other relevant regulations governing clinical trials. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively train users and interact with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and stay updated on industry trends related to CTMS and clinical research. Veeva CTMS System Administration: Perform regular maintenance tasks, including system updates, patches, and upgrades, to keep the Veeva CTMS platform running smoothly. Customize and configure the CTMS platform to align with specific clinical trial protocols and organizational requirements. Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues that may arise. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other clinical systems. User Management and Training: Manage user access and permissions within the Veeva CTMS system, adhering to security and data protection policies. Conduct user training sessions to familiarize clinical trial personnel with the CTMS platform's functionalities. Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot system-related queries, and offer guidance on best practices. Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Veeva CTMS platform, implementing data validation rules and data cleansing as necessary. Stay updated on relevant regulatory requirements and industry guidelines to ensure CTMS compliance with applicable standards. Reporting and Analytics: Generate and maintain regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to clinical trial management. Utilize analytical tools to analyze data trends, identify areas for improvement, and present insights to relevant stakeholders. Vendor Management: Liaise with Veeva representatives and other vendors to address product-related issues, upgrades, and enhancements. Thanks and Regards.
