Position: DNA Business Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: We are currently seeking a DNA Deposit Consultant / Analyst to join us in a Contract role. Responsibilities: Assist the client to define and set proper system settings and parameters for Deposit jobs and products. Configure and implement DNA Core Processing Functionality and DNA Deposit products with client's product specifications. Manage/resolve service cases relating to the Deposit Doman, prepare and escalate others to higher levels within the team. Diagnosing and recommending solutions to issues in the Deposit domain Test new features and functionality of the DNA product suite Engage with clients and evaluate readiness for conversion. Conduct support and training sessions with converting clients Responsible to assist client in testing any applicable custom code in the Deposit domain Qualifications 1+ years DNA core system experience; 5+ Years in subject area of expertise within the financial industry or other Core implementation experience, preferably in DNA. Experience with Relational Pricing/Service Fees. Experience working with internal and external clients The ability to travel upto once a month for a week. Experience to execute on deliverables on time, troubleshooting issues by utilizing analytical skills SME in some of the following: Statement and Notice Suppression, Deposit Back Office Processing, Deposit Operations, Retail Deposit Processing, Consumer/Commercial/Retirement Deposit Product, Retirement Processing, Consumer Deposit Processing, Commercial Deposit Processing, Prior conversion experience, API Troubleshooting Analytics Keywords: |
